Minimum two night rental, 10% discount for rentals of five or more consecutive nights

CHECK IN time is 3:00 PM. CHECK OUT time is 11:00 AM.

Person responsible for rental must be at least 21 years old.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

Bed linens, bath towels/washcloths, and kitchen towels/washcloths are provided.

Upon your departure, please leave the kitchen clean. Put the dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine. Collect your trash and put it in garbage bags, and put all dirty linens in one bathtub. Please lock all windows and doors and leave the keys on the counter where you found them.

All units are privately owned and decorated with the owners' furnishings. You will be charged for any damage to the units or its furnishings.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $100.00 reservation fee will be due at the time of booking this rental. Payment on the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation of this agreement made prior to 30 days before the first day of occupancy shall result in forfeiture of the reservation fee but no other penalty. Cancellations made within 30 days of the first day of occupancy shall result in forfeiture of the reservation fee and the entire remaining balance and no money shall be refunded. No adjustment in fee will be made if the tenant checks in late or leaves earlier than the agreed upon time. There are no exceptions to this provision.
